Room photos are personal. Treat them that way.

Room Reset collects the information you submit so we can create and deliver your Room Reset: name, email, optional phone, room size/location, room notes, selected budget/problem, design-pass status, generated makeover images, and uploaded room photos.

What we collect

• Contact details, country/region, and optional address/region details you submit.
• Room photos, notes, plan status, and design-pass usage tied to your email.
• Basic analytics such as page views, CTA clicks, product-link clicks, and form submissions.

How we use it

• Create your semi-manual makeover plan.
• Contact you about your request. Email is the default delivery channel; SMS links are only intended for US phone numbers.
• Improve conversion, product recommendations, and fulfillment quality.

Upload safety

Please avoid uploading photos with faces, children, addresses, documents, financial information, medical information, or anything you would not want reviewed for fulfillment.

Retention

Your plan review link is intended to stay available for 30 days after delivery. Uploaded photos and order evidence are retained only as long as needed for fulfillment, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal compliance, or customer-requested follow-up, then deleted or archived according to our retention process.
